  • Beginner Miles Membership

    Every month
    Perfect for Beginners looking to work up to 1-3 miles.
    Valid for 3 months+ 7 day free trial
    • 4x/month 1x/week Training run: Sundays @ 7am
    • These are structured beginner friendly training sessions
    • 15 minutes out + 15 minutes back including warm-up/cool-down
    • Session will include combo run/walk based on beginner level
    • Introduction to fundamental running techniques/form
    • Guidance on building endurance gradually
    • A collectively empowering women's run club environment
    • Run locations will be local but will vary weekly
    • Inclement weather runs will be rescheduled the same week
    • Goal: adding progressive endurance month to month
  • Intermediate Miles Membership

    Every month
    Perfect for the established runner capable of running 4+ miles
    Valid for 3 months
    • 1x week/ 4x per month group 5 mile runs Sundays @ 7am
    • Advanced run goals focusing on speed, interval + hills
    • Run locations will vary week to week based on weather
    • Makeup runs for weather will be rescheduled the same week
    • Fueling + Recovery for Runners Wellness Workshop (date: TBD)
    • Our signature THIS/MILE empowering + inclusive group energy
    • ** Please note all runs in 2024 will end with mat core work
