PEAK PERFORMANCE SUNDAYS
275$Sundays 9/8 - 11/3 - 7 -8am (9 weeks)Valid for 3 months- DESIGNED TO ELEVATE YOUR RUNNING IN A GROUP SETTING
- EACH WEEK WILL FEATURE A DIFFERENT PERFORMANCE-BASED FOCUS
- FALL SEASON SESSION DETAILS:
- *Speed Surge Sundays (track workout)
- *Cadence Conditioning
- * Trail Training (Rolling Hills)
- * Peak Performance Hills (Hill Repeats)
- * Power Play Intervals (Various Repeat Times)
- * Performance Pacing ( Tempo runs at controlled efforts)
- EACH RUN WILL BE A 60 MINUTE STRUCTURED SESSION
- *Every session will begin at 7am with a 10 minute stretch
- * Then a warm-up jog (time varies each week)
- * Followed by the run of the day
- * Ends with a 10 minute Cool Down
- ALL LEVELS WELCOME
- RUN AT YOUR OWN PACE
- FALL PROGRAM: $275 Total for all 9 weeks.
