THIS/MILE X ST. LAURENT present this year's STRONG LIKE A MOTHER Pop-Up on Saturday, May 11th. Kick off Mother's Day weekend feeling empowered with This/Mile's signature hybrid pop-up class exclusively held outside on the lawn at The St. Laurent from 9am - 10:30am.

About the event
LOCATION: The St Laurent in ASBURY PARK.
ARRIVE: 9am
PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat + wear running sneakers.
We will provide hydration. We encourage you to also book reservations for brunch at Heirloom at St Laurent after the event where you will receive a complimentary signature Spa Water Margarita or mocktail. (CLICK TO BOOK BRUNCH RESERVATIONS FOR HEIRLOOM AT THE ST LAURENT)
The event is open to beginners of all levels of fitness. We will start with a 1 mile group warm-up jog/walk + then roll out our mats on the lawn for class.
